Memberships and classes

• Memberships, class packs, trials, and private coaching are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Class schedules, coaches, locations, and program availability may change.
• You are responsible for booking, cancelling, and attending classes according to the current policies communicated by Tricolor MMA.
• We may refuse or remove participation where conduct creates safety risks, disrupts training, or violates gym rules.

Health, safety, and assumption of risk

Martial arts, combat sports, strength training, sparring, drilling, and fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury. You agree to train within your ability, follow coach instructions, disclose relevant safety concerns, and seek medical advice where appropriate before participating.

Payments and billing

• Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Memberships, credits, and class packs may renew, expire, pause, or cancel according to the plan selected and current gym policy.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment provider terms may also apply.
• Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may affect membership access, booking rights, or account standing.

Refunds, cancellations, and freezes

Refunds, cancellations, freezes, and membership changes are handled according to the plan type, promotion terms, and any written agreement with Tricolor MMA. Contact us as early as possible for billing or attendance changes. Approval may depend on payment status, notice period, usage, and operational requirements.

Account access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Provide accurate contact, billing, and emergency information.
• Do not share access to your member portal or membership benefits unless expressly permitted.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with booking or payment systems, scrape protected data, upload harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that harms Tricolor MMA, members, staff, or service providers.

Intellectual property

Tricolor MMA names, logos, website content, photos, videos, class materials, and training content are owned by or licensed to Tricolor MMA. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially use this content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tricolor MMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, portal, classes, facilities, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
